Welcome to our Virtual Fitting Room app (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Accounts & Access

• An account is required to use the App. Sign-in is provided via Sign in with Apple.
• You may remain anonymous by not sharing your email address via Apple’s “Hide My Email”.
• You are responsible for keeping your login and device secure.

2. User Data & Privacy

• You own the photos and other content you upload to the App.
• You may delete your data and your account at any time within the App’s settings (subject to reasonable verification and processing time).
• We store uploaded photos to enable re-use for try-ons. Deleting a photo or your account will remove it from active storage except where retention is required by law, security, or backup integrity for a limited period.
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited, revocable license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the App and provide virtual try-on results to you.
• The App uses third-party AI services to process images (including, without limitation, OpenAI and Google Gemini). Their applicable terms and licenses also apply to processing of your content.

3. Prohibited Content

• Do not upload sexual, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Generated Content & Accuracy

• Virtual try-on images are visualizations only. Fit, color, size, style, and appearance may differ from real-world results.
• We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability of any generated output.

5. Age

• The App may be used by individuals of any age. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minors.

6. Payments

• The App uses a credit system purchasable via Apple’s In-App Purchases (IAP).
• Payments are processed by Apple. We do not store your payment details.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or Apple’s policies.

7. Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or delete your account for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, abuse, or risks to the App or its users.
• You may delete your account at any time within the App.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Courts in the UK shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, where permitted by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
