These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Loys (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Loys is an AI image generation app. You can start from sketches, text prompts, or existing images, then generate and iterate new image results. Outputs are generated by third-party AI systems and may vary.

2. Accounts

You may sign in with Apple. You are responsible for your device security and account activity.

3. Credits, Purchases, and Billing

Some features require credits purchased through Apple In-App Purchases. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by Apple policy or law.

4. User Content

You keep ownership of your uploaded content and prompts. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit this content only to provide the App features.

5. Third-Party Providers

To generate results, the App uses third-party providers, including OpenAI and Google. By using generation features, you authorize this processing for service delivery.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to upload, request, or generate unlawful or harmful content, including:

Sexually explicit material, especially content involving minors.
Graphic violence, hate, harassment, or extremist propaganda.
Fraud, impersonation, scams, or deceptive content intended to mislead.
Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.

We may block content, limit access, or suspend accounts for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors own the App software and branding. You may use your outputs for lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and provider restrictions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific output quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the App.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. UK courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
