Terms of Use

1. Accounts

You may sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and credentials, and for any activity occurring under your account.

2. Service Description

Loys provides AI-generated portraits and visual transformations (e.g., “Baby Forecast,” “Bald Look”). Outputs are generated by third-party AI services and are for entertainment purposes only. They may not reflect reality and should not be relied upon as factual or predictive.

3. Third-Party AI Services

The App uses third-party AI providers, including but not limited to OpenAI and Google Gemini, to process uploaded content and generate results. You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, revocable license to process, host, and transmit your content solely to provide the App’s features to you.

4. Moderation & Prohibited Content

To protect users and comply with platform policies, all uploads and outputs are automatically checked by provider moderation systems (e.g., OpenAI/Google). Content that violates these policies may be blocked or removed. You agree not to upload, request, or generate:

• Nudity, sexual or pornographic content, sexualization of minors, or fetish content.
• Graphic violence, hate or harassment, extremist propaganda, or illegal activity.
• Impersonation, deepfakes intended to deceive, or misleading identity-based imagery.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may refuse, remove, or restrict content at our discretion where moderation or legal requirements indicate a violation.

5. Suspension & Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, moderation policies, or applicable laws, or if your use risks harm to others, to the App, or to our partners. We may also remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Purchases & Credits

Certain features are available via a credit system, purchasable through Apple In-App Purchases. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by Apple policy or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors own all rights in the App and software. You own your uploads and (subject to third-party restrictions and applicable law) may use the generated outputs for personal, lawful purposes. You may not remove or obscure notices, reverse engineer the App, or misuse any part of the service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data, including uploaded images.

9. Disclaimers

The App and all outputs are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs, including obtaining any required permissions from depicted individuals.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in the UK shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in-app or on our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
